He also doesn’t just give you information but actually follows up and keeps me accountable every step of the way. He truly cares about his clients and brings a value that to me, is a no brainer. I’ve always hated strength training and felt uncomfortable in the gym. I’ve always been a cardio person. I knew I needed to strength train for my metabolism, bone density, injury prevention and overall health. I’ve also been struggling to lose this extra 15 pounds for 4 years. From my first session with him, he has continued to encourage me and push me to new limits, always reminding me that this is a process, not something that just happens overnight. His wife and him coached me on how to count my macros, weigh out food, and shock my system in a healthy way. His dedication and encouragement never waivers, even when I’m hard on myself. Been working with Tony for almost three weeks now, down about 8 lbs. he sets up my macros and gives ideas on how to hit them and checks in, really adds to accountability. I can feel myself getting stronger, wanting to push myself. I feel better and am starting to see the results I want. Would recommend him for sure! Can’t wait to see where this takes me and glad I set up a solid foundation with Tony. It works if you follow the suggestions, you gotta want it to make it happen!

My daughter Quinn and I started working out with Tony three weeks ago and we are having a blast! Our goals are completely different as mom and daughter and somehow Tony makes it fun, has us working out together and is constantly supporting us and checking in our nutrition. Being heavily involved in running and soccer my whole life, I needed to be retrained to workout meeting my body's needs. I needed to incorporate weight training and Tony has been great in teaching me how to do this so I can create the habits I need to be successful with this weightloss journey. There hasn't been a day training with Tony where I felt that I can't reach my goals. He has also helped guide me with my nutrition and what to focus on and eliminate from my diet to succeed at the highest level.

Yeah, I’m a little biased BUT this man has been my fitness whisperer for 20 years and he helped me get outside my own head to prep for a marathon I never ended up doing but still, I was in the best shape of my life! He knows his stuff! He’s so good at what he does! Reach out! You will NOT regret it. He’s amazing with nutrition and fitness goals and we have other friends and family who are already seeing it. How awesome is it to turn something you love into a business. Livin the dream! (Jerk face)! He's affordable… he’s passionate and this is who he is! He makes it fun. Tony is an exceptional coach. He's very comfortable, flexible and encouraging. The best thing is that he's been there! He is really great with communication and easy to get ahold of with questions about nutrition and at home exercises. Getting started was hard. I was very self conscious but after one session that all melted away. I highly recommend Hood Fitness!
