TONY STRICKLAND

Hey, I'm Tony! I'm a 46-year-old Vancouver area graduate and collegiate athlete in baseball and basketball. I graduated from Hudson's Bay High School in 1996 and continued my athletics journey at SW Oregon Community College before transferring to Mesa CC and ASU in Arizona to complete my baseball and academic career.

I have always had a strong passion for sports and fitness. Having trained my entire life, it was suggested that I should train to compete in a fitness competition. On September 25th, 2021, I completed in my first-ever men's physique bodybuilding competition. I placed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall for my age and height divisions. With 3 shows now under my belt and a few more to come in 2025, I've learned even more about the body and it's capability. The journey of getting in the best shape I could for these competitions were eye-opening experiences for me on so many levels. It made me realize how much it helped me not only physically but mentally and emotionally. It showed me how much I would enjoy helping other people with their nutrition and fitness goals.

My experience in sports combined with my passion for fitness and nutrition makes me THE BEST choice for anyone looking to achieve their health & fitness goals. As a fitness enthusiast, I understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle and am committed to helping my clients achieve their desired goals, whether it's based on health, strength, recovery, physical or psychological. I believe that it is all tied together. With a natural and holistic approach to fitness, which includes diet, exercise, and mental health, WE can get you there!
